1) the users query,
2) previously viewed sites on Cindy’s Travels,
-clear information on how to contact Cindy through email
or telephone, and the business location.

Describing What Website You Need
The client’s website goals are to
increase online presence and increase
sales.
The client’s requirements are
ease of use in navigating the website and
the ability to modify, create, and delete content.
The stakeholders will be able to view the website, but will be unable to
edit the site. There was no need to create website permissions for the bank and
chamber of commerce.
Feasibility Study
Defining Scope
Functions: The website will allow people to search, view,
book, or ask for Cindy’s Travels recommendations for booking vacations.
Users: Users may consist of Oklahomans looking for great “staycation” deals, or
other travelers either stopping by Oklahoma, traveling through, or looking to
take an affordable southern vacation.

Dimensions: The website will offer online booking to Oklahoma hotels, motels, beds and breakfasts, inns, etc. The website will also offer recommended places based on the users query and previously viewed sites on Cindy’s Travels. The site should also allow users to contact Cindy to ask for
Constraints: People might want to book hotels on mobile devices. We’ll need to invest in a quality DBA to ensure that user’s sensitive credit card data is protects, and also we’ll need to invest in developers who can optimize the website for mobile devices.
