You send us the request for recruitment with a detailed description of the open position (requirements, obligations, terms of employment, appearance, personal qualities).
Cooperation details and deadlines are discussed. As a result we sign an agreement for service provision.
We hold multi-level interviews to select the best potential candidate for the open position.
We offer you the best selected candidates for the final interview. A future employee is usually selected out of them. If not, we go to the step "Selection".
After sufficient candidate is selected and employment contract is signed we provide support to the employee with all necessary documentation to be sure all documents are ok. On the day of departure we arrange to successful candidates free transfer from Kyiv to airport.
