Dismissal
Three times throughout the service, when the bowl rings, you are invited to find expansiveness
through silence.
Word of God; Word of life
Thanks be to God.
1. So God commanded the clouds above and opened the doors of heaven,
2. raining down manna upon them to eat and giving them grain from heaven.
3. So mortals ate the bread of angels;God provided for them food enough.
4. The Lord caused the east wind to blow in the heavens and powerfully led out the south wind,
5. raining down flesh upon them like dust and flying birds like the sand of the seas,
6. letting them fall in the midst of the camp and round about the dwellings.
7. So the people ate and were well filled, for God gave them what they craved.
Word of God; Word of Life.
Thanks be to God.

Ain’t gonna let nobody turn me ‘round
Turn me ‘round
Turn me ‘round
Ain’t gonna let nobody turn me ‘round
Gonna keep on a walkin’
Keep on a talkin’
Marching up to freedom land
...wilderness, aging, setbacks, walls...
The Peace of Christ be with you always. And also with you.

This week:
directly toward doing good
The Lord be with you. And also with you.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give our thanks and praise.
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours,
now and forever. Amen.
