Our 3 Key Shots

One of the shots we have sketched out is a medium close-up of the brother's face. We want to show the audience how the alcohol has affected his senses by using low-key lighting and blurring the background.

We also plan on using make up to give him a 'rough' and 'worn out' to reinforce his unstable state and clearly show the viewers that he is unfit to drive, yet still does. This effect will make the audience feel nervous and anxious.

The next key shot we have used is the point of view from the brother in the car whilst he is driving.

This will be a very significant shot as we intend on using a special kaleidoscope effect on the steering wheel.

This shot will put the audience in the brother's position, making them feel as if they are in the car themselves.

The last key shot we used within the car crash scene was a long shot of the car facing the tree.

This shot will confirm the crash taking place.

We think this shot is quite ambitious but we plan on using many sound effects and visual effects such as a fake tyre, smoke bombs and car alarms to make it more realistic.
