R&B Advertisement
This is a foreign advertisement for Christina Aguilera But the posters and pretty much the same all around world.
The theme is clear and too the point. We can see straight away it is a robotic, Futuristic theme. Her lips are amplified through the poster as it is shown in varies places. The poster is conventional as the album is shown clearly. I will be following the simple text and close ups that is shown in this advertisement. Ratings are shown on the poster which is necessary especially if it was for my artist as she is new and young.
The advertisement for Emeli Sande is a little bit unconventional as she does not have a picture of her album cover on it. This may not be that big of a deal as at this point she is extremely famous and popular. However it is clear when her album will be released and the picture of her is recognisable. Mainly becuase of her hair which she styles in a certain way.
We can see the sponsors for the the advertisement which is CocaCola and it says where tickets for her live performance can be purchased. On my poster i will be including the dates and where the concert will be held in bold text as it is important that my audience know where it is and how much it will be.
This is a old advert, poster for X Factor winner Leona Lewis. This poster has her name in bold print so it is easy to see and the colours match the theme of the entire poster. The image used is clear and close up to her face is is necessary as she was a growing R&B/Souls artist at the time so not everyone would recognise her. The information is clear and easy to read. My Poster will match the black and white theme that my CD cover will have which is different from this poster which does not match any of her albums.
Acknowledgement is given to the the various companies that have sponsored the concert. This is important and conventional.
