Most people have or know someone with a large slide collection. As time goes by those slides are being destroyed! The dyes in the film break down over time leading to fading, color changes, and loss of detail. In addition without a backup there is no protection from physical damage and wear. Water and humidity among other things can destroy slides very quickly or lead to fungal damage. After having your slides digitized you can share protect alter and reproduce the images in almost anyway imaginable. Slide film can fade in only a day or two of projection; we can make new slides from your images so you can project them all you want without fear of irreversible degradation to your master images.
