- If RefWorks is not appearing or responding at some point, it is probably because your browser is set to block pop-ups
- Always use a Concordia RefWorks Login page to sign in, do not just Google Refworks!
- Go to the Concordia RefWorks page to find: Export/Import instructions for Databases | Write-N-Cite download instructions
- Go to the Refworks online help pages to find additional instructions, such as Converting from Other Bibliographic Management Programs (for importing references from EndNote database)
- When you are having trouble sending a citation to RefWorks, look it up in Google Scholar, WorldCat or the Discovery Search, and export from there.
