the challenge now is to support people as they try to understand it all
- visualizations help
- great examples last week from Norah's example
  - a map really doesn't tell you everything
  - a PD program is not easily found
  - "eHarmony" tries to match people... for LIFE!
  - data analytics are key aspects of almost everything we do now!
