Job List

Cameron Swann

Tasks:

Shot list

Timeline

Typography

Editing

Cameron was given the task of doing the shot list because he did it in the previous task (the preliminary) meaning he will have more knowledge upon how to lay it out etc.

He was also chosen to do the timeline, this was decided because as he is doing the shot list, he will be more able to plan what titles are going to fit in where. Furthermore, Cameron is doing the typography, this is because he believes that he will be able to add more detail when analysing what fonts are chosen  and why. Finally, Cameron was also chosen to do the editing, this is because he has access to a Mac at home. Even though he does not know much about editing, he has taken the time to learn.

Hollie Martin

Tasks:

Storyboard

Soundtrack

Ident

Hollie was given the storyboard task because she takes A-level art and we thought that she would be able to draw the pictures better than the rest of us. She was also chosen to do the soundtrack, this is because she watches a lot of thriller movies and TV shows so will most likely be able to choose a good soundtrack for us. Finally, Hollie was chosen to do the ident, this is because she is better at using Photoshop than the rest of us and this is an important skill to do it.

Oliver Anderson

Tasks:

Job list

Production schedule

Actor auditions

Mise-En-Scene (Lighting etc.)

I was chosen to do the job list, this is because the group believed that I am more organised than the others so I would be better at deciding the job roles for each person. Similarly, I was chosen to do the production schedule, for the same reasoning.  Furthermore, I was also chosen to do the actor auditions, this is because the group thought I would be better at analysing the video and deciding who will do what. finally, I was chosen to do the mise-en-scene because they believed that I would manage to complete it in more detail in a shorter time period.

Jack Redman

Tasks:

Health and safety analysis (Risk Assessment)

Script (if required)

Jack was given fewer tasks because we noticed that he had lessons that involved a lot more work so we didn't want to over-stress him. We decided that health and safety would be a good task for him because it involved a fair amount of work so he wasn't left doing too much less than everyone else. furthermore, we also gave him the script. Although, this may not actually need doing because we are not thinking of adding any dialogue into the work.
