Hook/Story/Analogy(Slide 4)

There were two tea stalls on the same road.

Both sold tea at the same price and same taste.

Hook/Story/Analogy(Slide 4)

Stall A had no name board, its cups changed every day, there was no fixed colour or style, and people simply called it “that tea stall.”

Stall B had a name board called Sharma Chaiwala, the same yellow colour everywhere, the same style cups, and the tagline “Ek cup freshness.”

Hook/Story/Analogy(Slide 4)

People started saying, “Let’s go to Sharma Chaiwala.” Even new customers could identify it easily. The tea was the same, but one stall had an identity. That identity is branding.

Transition from Analogy to Technical Concept(Slide 5)

A business ran ads with a website and Instagram, but inconsistent branding and a personal email ids confused customers and killed trust.
