A music video is a short film integrating a song and imagery. They are used as marketing devices intended to promote the song. 

How to make a music video

• Pick a song 
• Brainstorm ideas for the video concept
• Make a shot list/ storyboard your video
• Chose a style for your video (black and white/ stop motion animation etc.)
• Start shooting
• Do multiple takes (the more footage you have the easier the editing will be)
• Edit the video
• Add effects (blur scenes, add slow motion, correct colour)
