Steps to Leaps

The Steps to Leaps program is a theory-to-practice framework

that strives to develop personal and professional skills.

 

The program supports students to reach their life goals

through engaging peer activities in the following five content areas:

WELLBEING: Enhancing self-care through deep social connections.

NETWORKS

IMPACT

GRIT

NETWORKS: Growing trust,

relationships and belonging.

LEADERSHIP

IMPACT: Supporting each other 

and experiencing personal change.

LEADERSHIP: Developing skills and purpose by serving peers.

GRIT: Growing capacities to persevere and overcome challenges.

The Steps to Leaps are continuously building on each other

 

enabling a progression like a spiral staircase.
