In communication one person attempts to convey a MESSAGE,

There are many factors in the process, however, that sharply influence
whether the message is understood the way it was intended or not.

WORLDVIEWS: Differences in values, beliefs, goals, priorities, meanings, etc.
CULTURAL DIFFERENCES of verbal and non-verbal messages
can create entirely different interpretations.
