Every Slides team has a dedicated home page where members can browse, organize, and search the team's internal presentations. It is the central place to find work created by your teammates and reuse an existing deck as a starting point for your own work.
Find a team deck
Open Team Decks to see presentations shared with your team. Each deck card shows its owner, making it easy to identify who created the presentation.
Use Search in the sidebar to find a deck by its content. You can also select a tag to narrow the library to a specific subject, department, project, or any other grouping your team uses.
Organize team decks with tags
Team tags are shared by everyone on the team. Select New tag in the sidebar to create one, then give it a clear name that will make sense to other members.
To add tags to a deck, hover over the deck and select Tags. You can also select multiple decks and use Edit tags to update them together. On larger screens, decks can be dragged directly onto a tag in the sidebar.
Selecting a tag filters the team home page to the decks assigned to it. A deck can belong to more than one tag, so the same presentation can appear in several useful groups.
Use a teammate's deck as a starting point
Open a teammate's deck to view it, or hover over its card and select Make a copy when that option is available. The copy is yours to edit independently, so you can reuse a team template, proposal, or earlier presentation without changing the original.
