A small brand re-fresh for later in the year

 

It's very much in progress but will more inclusive of the ICE and software "look and feel". This includes ensuring our software products visually align with competitors and sit within our Igloo "standard" company brand and sub software product branding.

 

It's also an opportunity to show clients old and new we're keeping up and not rest of our visual laurels (!) which we feel is important as a tech company.

Continue to create fresh looking collateral

 

Aligning the collateral around ICE visually with big tech companies, speak the same visual language and using those graphical tools – making our collateral as visually easy to understand as possible to communicate the offering.

 

Continue to support as much as possible with events i.e Home designs, collateral that goes with it to support lead gen.

Supporting with proposal design and improving

Our sales proposals are where clients can get to know us so we're developing fresher looks, clearer infographic slides to help our sales teams. We want to develop our formats of proposals too to feel more interactive,
it's one our our goals this year. (think transitions and slides.com...)

 

But please encourage sales people to use us for proposals and Home design

Carrying on as usual

 

Our workflow for handling covers and screens is pretty nailed - usually turned around within 12-24hours. As part of our brand refresh we want to offer a new set of Igloo-brand cover options to clients to help smooth out time lines.
Med Learning are still keeping us busy!

 

In terms of client branded Home layers - it's tricky to navigate with floor projection systems as we dont have the 360º assets to distribute but we continue to welcome supporting client in branding them themselves.
A body of paid-for design services with Atkins is on the horizon.

Keep on designing and considering UX

 

Front end UI design and UX considerations for ICE v1.4 are underway - including refined ICE Canvas UI, additional functionality in the Desktop UI and a re-work of ICE Control Panel.

 

We've had many discussions with Harvey around UX and future proofing the user journey using the applications. It's not a simple game of choosing button colours and "prettifying". We do feel it's working well in terms of process just looking to improve our visibility on what clients are saying to inform UI and UX decisions when Lucys working on the apps. It helps having a wider view.
