WHO ARE WE?

We are a sports management company with more than 10 years of experience developing sports programs in Guatemala as well as Central America. Our main focus is on the training of athletes at an early age through different year-round academies as well as camps and clinics.

To create an impact on student development and an ecosystem of student-athletes teaching the sports skills and human values ​​necessary to become an example on and off the field.

WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES

• The methodologies involve both the teaching and development of sports and life skills, allowing the student-athletes to grow into agents of change. 
• Starting with the fun and creative side of sports, student-athletes take part in activities proven to be conducive to holistic development, in a safe and protected environment. Activities are based on the youngsters' mental and physical well-being in order to make them independent. 

• SPORTS DEPARTMENT TRAINING
  • ​Methodological, didactic, technical/tactical, and educational are
• SPORTS DAY:
  • ​​A day to celebrate sports, promote a healthy lifestyle, and increase school spirit. Students, families, and all employees are encouraged to participate in all activities and volunteer. 
    • Special Activities:
      • ​Parents vs. students games
      • Juventus staff & school employees vs. students and parents. 
      • Mini soccer tournaments (boys and girls)
      • Informative stand during school activities
• TOURNAMENTS
  • ​During the first few weeks and months the coaches will evaluate each of the categories to participate in intercollegiate tournaments organized by us or other schools. 

• INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES
  • We will offer all the students from Colegio Maya the opportunity  to be part of different international experiences throughout the year such as:
    • Juventus FC camps
    • Barcelona camps
    • Pro Skills - Jr NBA
• INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS & EXPERIENCES
  • ​With the objective to represent Colegio Maya, we offer to travel to different tournaments in the USA and Europe. Teams can travel to;
    • Disney Cup in Orlando
    • Juventus World Cup in Turin, Italy
    • Any other tournament that is aligned with the objectives of the school

STUDENT-ATHLETE PROGRAM

• The program is designed to support top athletes in pursuing and excelling in their sport while also undertaking a scholarship at a university.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

For students interested in starting their training on Tuesday, Oct 11, it is mandatory to be previously registered through the school's platform in the following link:

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• In order to participate all students should signup through the school platform. Students that sign up for the program should commit to at least attending the program for two months.
• All students are required to train with the proper sports uniform once students have officially signed up for their corresponding sport.
• In order to participate in an event, students should have a positive attitude and be consistent with assistance
• If for any reason a student decided to leave their corresponding sport, the month is paid in full. In order for a student to leave the program, the student needs to un-subscribe through the school platform.
• The school reserves the right to suspend any student who doesn't respect the established rules or fails to respect them.
• During the training all family and friends are required to stay in the designated areas in order to avoid interruptions for both games and training.
• Respect all the instructions given by the coach and let them lead the games. We ask parents to avoid giving their own instructions to the students.
• When it comes to referees or game officials, all students, family, and staff need to respect all decisions even if we disagree. It's part of the values we teach the students and encourage them to learn and live by.  
• No matter the score after a game, both parents and students are required to maintain a positive attitude to avoid any frustrations or any other emotions.
