RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
All staff members involved in serving alcohol must complete RSA training.
Provide a variety of non-alcoholic options such as water, mocktails,
soft drinks and juices so all customers can enjoy a drink that suits their preferences.
Staff must NEVER serve alcohol to intoxicated or impaired customers.....
as doing so endangers their safety and breaches responsible service laws.
Employees should carefully observe customers for signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, poor coordination, confusion, aggression, or noticeable behavioural changes.
