This component will only be available on the ‘People’ content type to feature the faculty assistant of the individual, if necessary.
Faculty Assistant Reference (This is where information is being pulled from the People content type. The person needs to be created before an assistant can be created)
When you are on the page to start creating your new piece of content, there will be a tab next to Main Content called "Components". Click on that tab to be brought to the component section of your new content.
In the Components tab, you will have a section to "Add Component" with a dropdown. Click the dropdown to get the full list of components available to you for your new content.
This component is only available in the People content type under the tab components
To add a reference, all you have to do is start typing the name of the Faculty Assistant you are looking to add and a list of users will start appearing in a drop down. Find the correct person you are searching for and click on them for it to be added.
Also, if you would like to remove the faculty assistant you created, all you have to do is click the remove button associated with the assistant you would like to remove. There will be a confirm removal that appears so if you didn't mean to remove an item, you can cancel it or you can confirm the removal.
To rearrange the order of your components, drag the component by the icon to the left of the component as show above and move it to the correct order you desire.
