Johnnie Walker Black Label has a sweet and smoky taste that goes well with the roasted hazelnuts and nutty celeriac in the dish.
The thyme is a good match for the hazelnuts, while the lemon verbena and lime zest add a floral and citrusy touch to the dish.
The magnolia petals provide a gentle ginger flavour that complements the floral taste, and when combined with vermouth water, enhances the citrus and fruity notes of the Johnnie Walker Black Label and the Fino Sherry butter in the dish.

One day I departed towards the unknown in another hemisphere, far from family and friends, and when I got here Ireland welcomed me with open arms and great craic! I found what connects us beyond the differences, the accents and the origins. I found family, friends and love, Ireland became home.
To each and one of you who have changed the course of my path and influenced my life in the last years, thank you.
For the talent and time invested in my project as if it was yours, for the inspiration, the support, advice, and help, the knowledge and wisdom, the understanding and patience; and for being proud of me even when I felt lousy, thank you.
To each and one of you present and absent today, with all my heart, thank you.
Special thanks to
