Steps

Request Access

1. Register as a New User on https://crosscompute.com/users/registration
2. Get your User Slug from Index > Users
3. Email support+platform@crosscompute.com with your User Slug

Launch Platform with Power Manager Kit

1. Paste your IP address
2. Wait for 10 minutes while your new server configures itself

Steps

Add Users to Your Private Server

1. Register as a New User -- the 1st user is the Super User
2. Grant access to your teammates
   1. Wait for your teammates to send you their User Slugs
   2. Go to Index > Users
   3. Add Viewable Tools and Runnable Tools to each user
3. ​Add additional IP addresses to the firewall
   1. ​Go to Index > Settings
   2. Paste new IP addresses
   3. Click outside the textarea to save

Steps

Compute Electric Distribution Outage Statistics

1. Start a new project
   • ​Go to Index > Projects; Click Start New Project; Enter Project Name
2. ​Add tools to project
   • ​Click on project; Click Edit; Add tools
3. Run tools in project
   1. Make Example Datasets
      • See what data is needed to generate the report.
   2. Import Datasets
   3. Compute Statistics
      • You can run other tools while waiting.
   4. See Report
