COnflicts between Amerindians and colonists started with the powhatan wars

These wars finally finished in "wounded knee" in 1890
Origin of the indian wars

Since the US was independent from Britain the Amerindians started to go extinct, because the US army was stealing their lands.

it pressed the 5 tribes to move to the indian territories

Some tribes accepted but other refused, fought and lost

He was a member of the Sioux Tribe

White people wanted to take them to the reservations but they refused and fought against them

THEY WON THE BATTLE OF LITTLE BIG HORN BUT HE WAS FINALLY KILLED.
