Label the ideas A/B/C

  • Having talked through the ideas
  • Create 3 priority groups, A, B & C
  • Put each idea in a group
  • A's can't be future projects
  • Shuffle them around 
  • C's will never happen
  • Some B's might happen later
  • Choose the top 5 A's
  • Come back for more A's later
