Now let's do the same thing we just did, but for the right hand and feet too!

Animate the character - Frame 1 ~ 24

Set the End frame is 24

That means the animation duration is

\frac{24}{24} = 1 \text{ second}

Enable the auto-keying button, which automatically adds a keyframe when the object's state changes.

But different Rotation X for the different direction.
