To create an MoA animation explaining how the cryo-EM AI works.
Gandeeva Therapeutics is harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and cryogenic electron microscopy to create life-changing therapies. Technology includes three proprietary platform modules working in concert to shorten the timeline for drug discovery
Project scope
Animation type: 3D medium
We depicted a real multi-layered structure of a specific protein: ribbons, solvent surface, and individual atoms.
We had to show key druggable transient protein interactions using advanced AI approaches. That's why we are diving inside the cell and focusing on proteins only.

Next, we show several levels of protein structure resolution. We have to visualize them with atomic resolution cryo-EM and custom-design precision molecular glues that bind specifically at these protein interfaces.
For the looped animation, we selected only the MoA part, where we are using AI to predict the drug complementary to a specific protein pocket.
