SCOPE of WORK

preliminary deck structure:

-number and order of slides;

-brief description (text, visual, and references);

 

N.B. If the presentation structure is provided by the client, a Medwriters team works on it from a content optimization perspective.

 

OUTPUT:

- The structure is approved;

- Texts are proofread;

- References are checked and noted.

 

N.B. Once the final structure is approved any changes will be charged on an hourly basis, except:

- slides removal,

- text corrections within a defined text block area,

- pictures replacing or removing.

 

SCOPE of WORK:

 two concepts for 2-3 slides to show: - different styles,

-typography/iconography,

-define primary and secondary color palettes,

- define elements location,

- define backgrounds and decorative elements,

-preliminary animation of the elements.

N.B. the concept design stage can go in parallel with structure optimization stage.

Concept design

SCOPE OF WORK:

All the slides in the deck are designed in accordance with the concept.

- stock images are collected;

- custom illustrations are created;

- texts are converted into visuals where necessary;

- animation of the slide elements is prepared accordingly. 

 

TWO FEEDBACK ROUNDS:

- changing text within the size of the text block;

- replacing images/correcting illustrations;

- correcting infographics;

- replacing images with icons and vice versa.

Full deck Design

After final editing and approvals, we deliver the final presentation in the agreed formats.

 

Usually, they are:

- a PPT/Google Slides file;

- the slides template to be used for any additional slide;

- custom illustrations, if any;

- high-quality stock footage;

- animation file, if any, in .mp4/.mov/.gif formats;

- icons set.

 

Other formats should be discussed at the initial stage of the project.

 


 

Final deck and Deliverables

How we can be

quick and cost-effective

We might not need to produce the whole deck using custom illustrations. Depending on the need mix stock footage and custom developed visuals.

It’s very important to follow the approval process at different production stages to avoid additional cost.

We highly recommend defining deliverables at the beginning of the project. We can create a toolbox of visual content to ensure smooth communication through different channels.
