We provide access to government services via any device.
Multiple partners have permitting or Licensing functions that are manual or need serious improvement. We have implemented solutions for many of them.
Almost every department/ division needs to accept forms or other information electronically. HIC has a framework called WikiFlow that allows us to process forms securely, safely on any computer, operating system or browser.
Requests for the Governor's and Lt. Governor's office are routed to a CMS for tracking and fulfillment.
Our customer service staff handle phone, emails, and live chats for all services, as well as providing technical support and answering billing questions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES LAST YEAR
You folks are awesome, efficient, and professionals!!!
You are an asset in the government sector. I am not a
high-tech individual but your help made my life easier. Thank you very much again.
I am in deep appreciation for your immediate response to my questions thank you so much for your time and for making my experience with your office a pleasurable one!"
I received always the answers very quickly, considering different time zones, as if I was the only client that you have (and I know you have a lot of requirements from people)!!! Thank you Support Team! Mahalo.
Submit a project request or simply give us a call.
After the initial call, we will schedule a meeting.
You and HIC agree to the project scope and create a Statement of Work (SOW).
HIC will begin requirements gathering, work with you to develop a prototype, and following approval, development will begin. Once complete, both HIC and your agency will test the new service to make sure it meets your standards.
We hope to continue to help
write more success stories
