1) Warm-up: Play through chromatic scale forward and backward 10 times each practice session.  Try the alternative pattern of 0-1-2, 1-2-3, 2-3-4, 3-4-0(A), etc.

 

BONUS) Practice open chords in the C family along with the E and A major with the 16th notes below.  Try to use a metronome if you can.

 

2) Continue practicing "Semi-Charmed Life" as 16th note and open chord practice.  I've started the tab below for you.
