Fundamenten: waarom + lessons learned

We choose to spend time inventorying and disseminating inspiring practices for 2 big reasons:

1. We want to show appreciation for those doing clever, inspiring work
2. Inspiring practices are a powerful tool for professionalization.
   Indeed, by sharing these practices, we encourage reflection on our own practice and actively work to develop a culture of exchange where teaching is discussable

Is relatable and encourages conversation partners to explicate and bereflect their own views. It describes practice in an in-depth and rich way and systematically unravels "why" this practice runs the way it does.

When disseminating the inspirational practice example, attention is paid to appreciation with a view to strengthening the exchange between teachers.
