Factory Startup

- Factory startup is NOT required for E3MAC Inverters

- Factory startup is STRONGLY recommended for E3MAC Inverters

- Relatively inexpensive and solves a ton of problems that we see on site

      - Get's less expensive the more inverters there are

II. Service & Warranty Items

- 2 Day training at Isolite HQ with our startup  team

- We'll extend the warranty and the startup resource gets to keep most of the money

- This is most appropriate for those with electrical backgrounds, maybe not be great for the "controls team".  We do a pre-screening process.

Maintenance Plans

- We offer maintenance plans up to 5 years

- This must include factory startup as well

- We show up on site every year to do routine maintenance on the inverter as well as try to get in front of any future service issues.

- This isn't required for any of the warranty extension options, but it's certainly a nice belt-and-suspenders option.
