Estimates are BS

Lightning talk on how stats are way better than estimates -- #NoEstimates is not just possible, it’s delightful. All it takes, is giving up the assumption that it’s possible for humans to accurately estimate things. Don't get me wrong, CEO’s still want timelines, teams still need staffing. We're not saying “We won't help you” we're saying “Stop relying on fallible humans trying to guess how many jellybeans are in the jar.”
