Inventory Transfer

• After the last CACFP snack is served, but before the fist SFSP snack, an inventory count needs done on the "2025 CACFP-SFSP Inventory Transfer" template- keep this in your binder

 

Daily CAP

• Each location has a best guess at the number of daily participants, x5 for a weekly number- CAP
• If your location is going to add up to more than the weekly average please contact me so I can adjust our CAP in the OSPI site
