The Management, and Management Committee of Community Lifestyle Support Inc., is totally committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
This commitment is equally important as service users; staff, and our respect for the individual.
Hazards to health and safety will be removed or where this is not practicable, they will be managed so as to prevent injury, illness and dangerous occurrences.
RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY STATEMENT
There can be no compromise with safety and accident prevention in the workplace.
We consider our commitment to be vital to the ultimate success of the organisation’s operations and it is an integral part of management’s overall responsibilities.
All employees will be trained to perform their job safely. Each employee is personally responsible for working in a safe manner, following all safety rules and procedures, participating in training; identifying any health and safety issues and reporting these to the management.
RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY STATEMENT
This policy is an integral part of our total management plan, and our goal is to have zero injuries, to service user/s; staff; and members of the public, within our workplace. This can only be achieved through consultation and co-operation by all.
