What's the Mission?

A proposal:

Create a collective understanding within ING CB

on what the value add of an IT Integrator is.

How do we want to achieve that?

1. Start with a small core group
   
2. Describe what we want to achieve
   
3. Get the word out; find individuals interested to join and contribute
   
4. Build an active community 
5. Iteratively define the mission, the role and its value add
   
6. Do some marketing; find forums within ING where we can present ourselves
