Learner Voice Strategies

Employer Engagement

You Said, We Did...

Restructured learner voice mechanisms with a focus on teaching, learning and assessment

Curriculum team meet with course representatives monthly and resolve issues quick and effectively, with learners feeding directly into quality reviews and SAR panels

Introduction of 'Have Your Say' week with over 1,500 learners using their voice and providing feedback which is then fed back into SAR panels.

"Dark Room is booked a lot in advance meaning  which results in our class missing out because it is always booked"

The darkroom is busy in the first term but will be free for this group from half-term break.

"Never any space to private study within the LRC, computers are always in use by classes"

We are working with IT to secure 16 further laptops for use in the LRC and the LRC receptionist always tries to accommodate any learners where possible so please ask.

"Cars in the motor vehicle area are too battered and bruised, can we get some other ones?"

A new car has been purchased and two engines have also been purchased to be used.

Regular employer surveys
