Restructured learner voice mechanisms with a focus on teaching, learning and assessment

Curriculum team meet with course representatives monthly and resolve issues quick and effectively, with learners feeding directly into quality reviews and SAR panels

Student Council meets termly and as and when required to ensure that learners have an opportunity to voice their comments

Introduction of 'Have Your Say' week with over 1,000 learners using their voice and providing feedback which is then fed back into SAR panels.

"Dark Room is booked a lot in advance meaning  which results in our class missing out because it is always booked"
