- Wrote a 300 word social post, took an hour, and quintuple checked it and still had errors, had to repost 3 times for grammar (note emotional)

- Cant remember important sentence 30 seconds ago
- Trouble remembering age 7-9
- Very little memory before age 7
- Memory function seems modulated by emotion?
- Great difficulty getting to sleep
- Great difficulty getting up
- Delayed sleep phase
(ideal seems to be 2am-10am)
- Poor sleep quality
- Sleep Apnea
- Chronically late (for social events, this has been modulated recently by a strong desire not to disappoint my friends)
- Misjudge time to get back to meeting from surfing
- Magical approach to time (I can put this task that will take 1-2 days off because I can cram it into half a day with the help of some adrenaline)
- Can't seem to do the same as others without spending much more time
