Brigade Golden Heights advance maintenance charges are set at Rs. 72-75/sq. ft. for 1 year before possession. After the possession starts, the monthly maintenance charges will be set at Rs. 5-8/sq. ft. The advance charges are taken only for a year by the builder. The monthly charges are taken by the RWA of the society.
