A national delegation mission visited the UTSA headquarters with the purpose of learning first-hand SBDC’s operations.

INNpulsa, the High Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation Colombia Agency called a public offering No. FMI-SBDC016-2015 for operation of the first 4 Small Business Development Centers.

A SBDC proposal was approved after being submitted jointly by The Santa Marta Chamber of Commerce and PPA stakeholders such as the University of Magdalena, FENALCO and Fundemicromag.
