LISTEN.
Do not ask leading questions.
OBSERVE.
Be interested in them, do not be defensive. BE HUMBLE. You are not selling anything (yet!) USE YOUR STRENGTHS. There is a reason why you are here - you have some. HAVE THICK-SKIN. and if you can't...
