Smarter feedback around games

THIS IS ALICE.

We're building a means for game developers to have a conversation with their users about a feeling that may be hard for them to articulate without a structured conversation.

If developers can guide the conversation for users, they can articulate feedback much clearer. This helps inform development of future games and keeps the developer from repeating costly mistakes.

WHY?

Case Study

"We found that users wanted to give feedback on Twitter or whatever, but couldn't figure out the right words to use."

Floppy Candidate

Chris Ballard

It's always evolving and customizable. The feedback we get would inform future cards & decks.

Have the ability to tailor their deck to each game. And add & subtract decks as they see fit.

PUBLISHERS

  • Getting people to participate & opt-in to the activity.

  • Finding a way to present it to a user without feeling too intrusive or 'survey'-ish.

Challenges

  • Add more decks.

  • Add ability to pick cards from multiple decks at once.

  • Expand past just gaming: framework could be used to give feedback on any app.
