A couple notes about types of supplements
Delayed-Release Capsules
Some of Young Living’s supplements are delayed-release, like Life 9 and Inner Defense. What does this mean? This means that the capsule is not released into the stomach immediately once taken; it doesn’t get released until it reaches the small intestine so that way you get better benefit and absorption rate.
Liquid Supplements
These are absorbed more effectively and more quickly. They also get into the bloodstream much faster. According to a physicians desk reference, 85-90% of nutrients in liquid supplements are absorbed in 22-30 seconds! Some examples of these are K&B, Mineral Essence and Rehemogen.

Where should you start?
