Recognizes initial sounds in words. DIBELS fluency scores has improved. He is recognizing more sight words. Thrives in small group setting or one one.
He has difficulty differentiating between short vowel sounds such as /e/ and /i/. Does not blend or pronounce sight words. Attendance is inconsistent.
This is the Diagnostic Profile of a student who will be receiving specialized intervention. This highlights specific assessments that shows the student's strengths and weaknesses. It concludes with an action plan geered to target those characteristics and get the student in the correct path of achievement.
