Step 1: Submit the Confirmation statement and pay the Guarantee Amount
The Central International Office (CIO) will send your Residence Permit application documents via e-mail
Step 2: Fill in the Antecedents Certificate (sample). South Korean nationals are also required to fill the Declaration of Intent for the TB check (sample)
Step 3: E-mail your completed documents to the CIO (msc@tudelft.nl). Documents must be received before July 1st 2016, or else we cannot obtain your Residence Permit in time.
Within a week, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The processing time for your Residence Permit approval is 4-6 weeks after receiving documents.
If approved, you will receive an e-mail confirming your status. CIO will deduct RP fee of €311* from your Guarantee amount

Step 4: Register Biometrics information for your Residence Permit card
During Introduction programme (tentative), the IND will be at the campus to collect your biometric information. You will receive an email with your personal appointment and more details soon.
