2. Press "Apply" => "Apply for a developer account"

Congrats! You are a developer!

2. Create an app

Follow the link from your confirmation email

or

go to https://developer.twitter.com/en/account/get-started

If you don't have a website,

try to enter your social media profiles or other websites that are somehow related to you

In the Callback URL,

enter: http://127.0.0.1:1410

Confirm and go to 'Keys and tokens'

Done!
