Broadcast to viewers on their own screens

You can broadcast a presentation live to viewers on computers, phones, and tablets. Each viewer loads the presentation in their own browser and stays synchronized as you present, without the video compression associated with screen sharing.

Open present view and copy the link under Present Live. Share it with your audience, then select Start presenting. Viewers follow along in their own browsers.

Jumping to a slide

Sometimes it can be helpful to jump to a different slide without showing your live stream audience the slides in between. This can be done in two different ways:

  1. In the speaker view, select the Upcoming slide preview. Use the arrow keys to find the slide, then select Jump to slide.

  2. In the present view, press Esc or O to open overview mode. Navigation within the overview is not shown to viewers. Select a slide to move both you and the audience to it.

Live viewers

The speaker view shows how many people are currently watching the live presentation.
