Timeline (textual version)

  • 19/10 - Peleg sent the timeline:
  • 19/10 - Complete the app. analysis (including the flow)
  • 21/10 - Functioning API endpoints (by Defacto)
  • 22/10 - Graphics should be approved
  • 25/10 - Final content (including the questionnaire questions and the calculation model)
  • 28/10 - Demo and beta release (by Dofinity)
  • 23/10 - Graphics not yet approved, "will be approved till the 25th" (Maya)
  • 26/10 - Gili sends updated design
  • 27 / 10 - Getting the updated segmentation document (the questionnaire calculation model not completely understood on Pandora's side)
  • 4 / 11 - Go live deadline
  • Content still not final at the morning (e.g. questionnaire images)
  • Talking with the Gil (SEO guy) for the first time at ~13 (GA requirements were not exist till that moment)
  • Went live with the app at ~19:30

  • Recommendations

  • The content was hardcoded, next time it should be on top of the CMS
  • Be notified about any new digital projects to prevent not reusing / contradicting existing functionality
  • Shared spreadsheet (Google sheet), working in coordinated manner
  • When there is a fixed time window failing to provide priorities means random decisions
  • Define main supported devices ahead of time (based on Google Analytics)
  • Define the measurable goals, and event requirements for Google Analytics
