This autumn, you will be publishing the region’s first transport strategy for public consultation.
You need a reliable and experienced agency to produce an executive summary of your strategy; an accessible, compelling, attractive and easy to understand document which is consistent across a range of channels and launch assets.
This document needs to be understood by the prime minister and your next-door neighbour.
Right at the start of the project we will meet with you for a kick-off meeting straight away.
We would use this time to gather feedback on our ideas within this proposal.
We’d also fully immerse ourselves within your vision and the strategy, gather insight, and agree the service level agreement and milestones for the project.
Armed with the feedback from our original concepts and the insight we have gathered, we can start to shape your document; firstly by completing the concepts.
Then we'll create the first full draft for review, working iteratively until we get it right.
