Who is Edward Snowden?
Last year Edward Snowden was interviewed in an airport. In teh interview he said that the US, UK, and most of the Western World were spying on their own citizens. For this, Edward Snowden is in exile in Russia, and he is wanted for teh death penalty in the US.
Where is he?
Edward Snowden has fled to Russia since the interview. He has been allowed to stay there for 3 years. What happens after those 3 years is undetermined so far
What is Prism?
Prism is a surveillance program created by the US government to hack into:
- Microsoft (email etc)
- Yahoo
- Apple
- Major companys
About Edward
Edward Snowden was born June 21 1983. He is an American computer professional. He recently leaked information about the US watching their own citizens and even the UK.
Snowden
His criminal charge is:Theft of government property, unauthorized communication of national defense information, and willful communication of classified intelligence to an unauthorized person (June 2013). For this he is wanted in America for the death penalty.
