We can do many things with our hands:

They can pick something up with their fingers and thumb; they can hold something in their palms; they can wave and turn their hands in all directions.

How do we use our hands to work, play, at church, to get ready?

Use our hands for nice things

Heavenly Father and Jesus want us to use our hands for nice things. They do not want us to use them to hit or scratch or pinch others.

We can help others, and they can help us using their hands: help to get dressed, prepare food, wash our clothes.
