Let us introduce ourselves. We are:

Marketing Engineering

We’re a group of folks that handle most of the engineering work the marketing organization needs.

Do we need a new landing page? Are we doing a new version of our homepage? Is there an upcoming event? Well, if that's the case, it's probably us.

So, what's our mission?

We seek to enable other teams in order to scale and achieve both our and their goals through the creation of new experiences and experimentation.

How? Would you say?

Well, let me explain how our teams work. We’re split into three groups.

In marketing we handle most of the heavy user interface duty. We craft the final customer facing experiences.

Pages like the homepage, campaign pages, our ebooks and whitepaper pages, and also the pages that show our product features.

In platform we handle the foundations of our apps, meaning architecture, internal admin dashboards...

...(such as the blog or BoB), the infrastructure, meaning servers, and the core internal services that enable other teams.

In growth we experiment with new ideas to improve our overall metrics in collaboration with growth specialists.

We use tools that enable a lot of people in order to create tests and keep growing.

And now, what are we in charge of?

The auth0 website. Most of the pages hosted under https://auth0.com are in our domain. So if we want to add or change something, you can reach out to us.

We're trying to constantly improve what we have in order to ship fast while delivering the best possible experience to our users.

We’re also in charge of campaign pages and a few other standalone ones. You’ll see a couple of them in our platform.

Want to try something new or different? You’re in the right place, we handle the implementation of experiments such as A/B tests in the website.

You want to see more pages available in different and new languages?

We have you covered!

We have developed tools, and continue to do so, to enable everyone to create the same pages we have today in multiple languages. Just reach out to us!

Are you thinking about adding new features to our blog? Do you have new ideas for it? We own this in collaboration with the content team, don't hesitate to ask!

And now, to give some clarity, if we mention something up ahead,

we probably do not own it and we don't handle it.

The auth0 dashboard and a few other product pages.

Reach out to the respective team in charge for it on the product organization.

We also do not own the docs, even if they’re under https://auth0.com.

Reach out to the docs team for that.

Gated content. We do own the gated content pages (our resources pages), although the content uploads, changes and removal are not ours. If you see a bug you can reach out to us, but otherwise this is mostly handled by marketing automation.

Marketo landing pages. If you want a marketo landing page, we’re not the team. Yes, we handle landing pages, but not this type. Reach out to marketing automation.

We’re also not in charge of the support center. Sorry!

We do this mainly because we have multiple projects going on most of the time and we want to make sure we can help you out with what you want.
